Old metallic plate / platter from Waikino township. Marked 'Compliments of L Steel, Fruiterer, Baker and Confectioner, Waikano'. Thought to be late 1800's to early 1900's in age. Waikino was a thriving goldfields centre of population back in the NZ goldrush era. Grab yourself a great piece of Kiwiana. Size 35.5cm x 28cm.
